Late Night Eats
Page 3Walter's
Walter's has mastered the art of the perfect neighborhood restaurant. Plus, we're pretty sure it's named after a dog.
Hudson Malone
Hudson Malone is a rare Midtown East pub where you can eat good food and watch sports on TV at the very same time.
Tacombi @ Fonda Nolita
Tacombi has an awesome Mexican courtyard, and gets serious points for creativity. All in all, we back the place, especially now that they have a liquor license.
Kunjip
Kunjip is a Koreatown favorite, Perfect For a quick meal before you head to Madison Square Garden.
Zaragoza Grocery
Zaragoza is a longstanding Mexican deli in the East Village where you can get a couple of tacos, tamarind candy, and a jar of green enchilada sauce.
Sticky's Finger Joint
We’ve got to admit that even though we aren’t the target audience for Sticky's Finger Joint, we kind of love this place. It's basically stoner food at it’s best and most ridiculous, with a menu filled with genius chicken finger flavor creations.
Village Yokocho
A great East Village date night spot, especially when you get the adjacent cocktail lounge, Angel's Share, involved.
Souvlaki GR
In a pinch in the Lower East Side, Souvlaki GR supplied The Infatuation with some great Greek street food. Yes, it’s random. And yes, it’s delicious.
Blind Tiger
What we have found at Blind Tiger is a New York City bar that actually has an extensive microwbrew selection AND excellent food. Unfortunately, the place gets very crowded at times.
Mekelburg’s
The Mekelburg’s Williamsburg location is the kind of place you should go in a time of need. Or anytime you want fantastic sandwiches and beers.
Artichoke
Come on people, this is completely out of control. It's Thursday night at 2:30am and there's a line forty deep for a slice of pizza? That's just stupid.
Hell's Kitchen
This casual but hip restaurant is not an attempt at authentic Mexican, but rather an inspired interpretation using Latin flavors and fresh ingredients.
Walker’s
Walker’s is a Tribeca landmark – a prime example of a Classic NYC Establishment, and a low key spot that attracts an older crowd who enjoy a good burger and some Sports on TV.
Best Pizza
Best Pizza is a wood-fired pizza spot that serves classic New York City slices in Williamsburg.
Pianos
If you have ever been to Pianos to see a band in the back room, you probably didn't expect that it's the kind of place that would turn out some damn good bar food.
The Happiest Hour
For those times in your life when you just need a stiff drink and delicious burger in the West Village, The Happiest Hour is the move.
Employees Only
These days, Employees Only is not the hotspot it once was. But while the crowd might have lost a step, the cocktails have not, and it’s still packed with people every time we stop by.
Maison Premiere
Maison Premiere is the coolest place in Williamsburg to eat oysters and drink cocktails.
La Contenta
La Contenta is a Mexican bar and restaurant on the Lower East Side that’s the ultimate neighborhood hang for fish tacos and tequila.
Taqueria Diana
This is not a taqueria. This is a temple to the holy Mission burrito. Pray before it, lest you be forsaken.
Belle Reve
Belle Reve is a sort of bar/gastropub that’s known to turn into a full on party from time to time. The food is good, but the partying is better.
