Sonal Shah
NYC Senior Editor
Sonal is Senior Editor at The Infatuation NYC. She fell in love with New York as a child, probably because her parents played “The Boxer” while driving over the GWB on road trips from Maryland. She had a two-year fling with the city in the late-2000s, which turned into long distance while Sonal built a career in India: editing for publications like VICE, Time Out, and The Caravan; writing; and eating a lot of chaat and kababs. Eventually Sonal and New York were reunited, and the romance continues—though they mostly just talk about what they’ve eaten today and what they plan to eat tomorrow.
