Sweetleaf is a chain of coffee shops, and the all of the locations kind of look like antique stores. We like the one in Greenpoint.
One Bedford
One Bedford isn’t the best restaurant in Greenpoint, but it might be the most average one. If that doesn’t sound like a compliment, well, it isn’t.
Black Rabbit
Black Rabbit is a pub in Greenpoint with a great Trivia night (on Tuesdays) and a nice little backyard.
Goldie’s
Goldie’s is a retro Vegas-themed bar in Greenpoint where you can get a $6 margarita at happy hour and eat some free goldfish.

Threes Brewing is based out of Gowanus, but they also have this smaller bar in Greenpoint where you can drink a good beer and grab some quick food.

Broken Land’s spacious patio and excellent Piña Colada make it one of the best places to spend an afternoon drinking Brooklyn.

Van Leeuwen is one of our favorite ice cream shops in New York. The Greenpoint outpost is small and also has coffee and a few pastries.

The lines at Peter Pan Donut in Greenpoint are as long as they were 50 years ago (out the door) for a reason.
Jungle Cafe
For good vegan food without pretension, head to Jungle Cafe in Greenpoint. It’s not hip whatsoever, and that’s why we like it.

Bakeri is a Greenpoint coffee shop/bakery that looks like a modern version of a Jane Austen scene.

The Lot Radio is a shipping container/radio station headquarters that serves coffee, snacks, and beer. Use it when you want to switch up your routine.
