After graduating from UCLA, he worked as an actor, freelance journalist, and disgruntled barista before turning his food writing hobby into a “full-time thing.” When he’s not writing about tacos, he’s usually making dinner plans, watching the same films, or losing sleep over all the overpriced plants he’s accidentally killed.
