The Capitol Hill location of Rachel’s is a nice place to hang out when it’s nice because it has a ton of plants, a colorful mural, and there’s plenty of seating. Go heavy on the spiked pink guava slushies or build your own mule with one of the many homemade ginger beer flavors like blood orange, mango matè, and cucumber tarragon. The second best part of this place is the fact that friends who aren’t drinking can still have something non-alcoholic that isn’t cranberry juice. The best part? Getting spicy fried chicken sandwiches from the adjoining Ma'Ono window.
