The Duchess is a dive bar that’s one of the few places in Seattle where dogs are allowed inside. Which means it’s great for when sitting outside isn’t in the cards. Here you’ll find pool tables, UW alumni watching sports, and fried bar snacks that are probably coming from freezer bags but are exactly what you want with pitchers of beer. And, even though grilled chicken at a dive bar sounds like a last resort, theirs is very tasty.
