Mission Dolores is an indoor/outdoor bar with 20 beers on tap. If drinking rare beers in a converted auto-body shop isn’t quite entertaining enough, this place has a couple pinball machines and some board games. Oh, and they allow dogs. Expect to see equal amounts of four-legged and two-legged creatures here.
Threes Brewing is one of the better places for a laid-back big group hang in Brooklyn.
Union Hall is a bar in Park Slope with some nice couches, a few bocce ball courts, and a venue in the basement where they host ticketed shows.
If you're looking for a big spot for day drinking Williamsburg, try Radegast. It can get a little crowded, but maybe that's what you're looking for.
Bierhaus is a German beer garden in Midtown where you can order boots of beer from servers in lederhosen.
