Bierhaus is a German beer garden two blocks from Grand Central that’s a fun spot to grab drinks with a group in Midtown. You can order different types of Hofbrau beer from servers in lederhosen, and eat big pretzels and bratwursts while listening to live music or watching sports on the projector TV. The bright, second-story space has a bunch of communal picnic tables, which are usually full of people drinking boots of beer.
