Flour And Oak is a cool-looking Italian restaurant with a Chewbacca head hanging by the bathrooms and Neapolitan pizzas that cost under $20. Their outdoor dining menu is pizza and salad-focused (they’ve previously served pasta and other entrees), and you can check it out here. Come on a weekend night when the street is closed off to car traffic.
The original Denino’s is a big Staten Island pizza place in Port Richmond with great thin-crust pies.
We feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t have a Paulie Gee’s in their neighborhood as an option for excellent Neapolitan pies.
Speedy Romeo in Clinton Hill is great for an undiscerning group or kids, but less so for St. Louis-style pizza purists.
Parkside is a Neapolitan-style pizza spot in Prospect Lefferts Gardens with interesting cocktails and affordable wines.
