Princi is an Italian bakery inside the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, and it’s the first location of an Italian chain. The square-shaped focaccia pizzas here are great, whether you go for a margherita or a potato-and-pancetta slice. Pairing pizza with a cold brew lemon whiskey cocktail from the Roastery might not sound all that appealing at first, but it’s actually quite good, and a compelling enough reason for us to step inside the coffee-filled chaos that is Starbucks Reserve.
