Uptown Brasserie

Uptown Brasserie is a little further away from the main Terminal 4 hub, but it’s a great option if you want to have a sit-down meal (and a pre-trip Bloody Mary or mimosa) closer to your gate. The menu covers a lot of ground with breakfast plates, sandwiches, and steaks, but the salmon with grilled asparagus, new potatoes, and warm lemon honey mustard is one of the best airport meals you can find anywhere.
