Yet another place to get a healthy take-out lunch in a container that’s probably biodegradable. Get a protein with two sides, or grab a sushi roll or some poke. Yes, even Little Beet does poke now. These guys have things like steak, salmon, kale, and cauliflower, and you can actually get a pretty good meal here. It’s a little more expensive than Sweetgreen, however, and it’s interesting to note that this chain started in Midtown.

Like the other locations, Quality Eats in Nomad is a steakhouse for people who don’t want to feel like they’re eating in a country club.

The original Egg Shop is in Nolita, but this second location in Williamsburg is a little more spacious (and they also do tacos here).
Sons of Thunder
We can’t name many poké places in Midtown that also have soft serve and hot dogs. But Sons of Thunder is one.

The Little Beet is a healthy fast-casual chain with a few locations in Manhattan. When you have ten minutes to eat lunch, it's a decent option.
