The colorful holiday is known for its childhood egg hunts, an unexplained rabbit who breaks into your home, and some of the most polarizing candy in existence. It’s also a great excuse to feast. While many restaurants in LA are back open for indoor and outdoor dining, plenty are still offering Easter brunch and dinner packages for takeout as well. Here are 11 great options.

The popular Santa Monica hotel restaurant is doing a three-course Easter brunch menu for $85 per person. For appetizers, you get to choose between things such as gravlax, gazpacho, and French toast, while mains entree options include brisket hash, sea bass, and pasta. Plus, there’s a brownie and carrot cake for dessert. Available for both takeout and delivery.

Openaire is located on the pool deck of The Line in Koreatown and is offering a $125 Easter package that serves two to three people. It comes with a bottomless mimosa kit (one bottle of Cava included), a smoked salmon platter with everything bagels, shrimp cocktail, cinnamon rolls, lobster chilaquiles, French toast, and a fresh fruit plate. This upscale West Hollywood spot is offering an Easter dinner menu for $85 per person. It includes braised lamb, polenta, roasted vegetables, radicchio salad, and a flourless chocolate torte. Pickup is available from 3-6pm on April 3rd, and orders must be in by March 31st.


Milo & Olive in Santa Monica is hosting an Easter Market on April 3rd from 10am-1pm on their back patio. It’s a great chance to pick up things like hot cross buns, carrot cake, and brioche donuts for your Easter brunch. There will also be restaurant merch and other gifts from local businesses.


If you’re looking to get unapologetically fancy this Easter, The Peninsula’s afternoon tea package is a great option. For $135 per person, it comes with six different sandwiches ranging from cucumber to crab salad, an entire sweets package including a Fabergé Easter egg and fruit basket, a bottle of champagne, and a tea stand as well. Available for pickup.

Pasjoli, the high-end French spot on Main St. in Santa Monica, is offering an Easter Sunday dinner package for $95 per person. The menu includes a leg of lamb, ratatouille, roasted potatoes, asparagus salad, hot cross buns, and carrot cake. Pickup is from 3-6:30pm on April 4th, and orders can be placed here.

If you consider yourself a lifetime member of the Deviled Eggs Fan Club, you’re going to want to head to this French spot in West Hollywood. They’re offering a special Easter deviled eggs package for $85 that comes with 12 deviled eggs total - four topped with caviar and chive, four with caviar and smoked trout, and four with caviar, cucumber, and dill. Pickup only.


The new-ish bakery inside The Platform development in Culver City is offering various a la carte Easter sweets and treats for pickup. Choices include everything from a dozen hot cross buns for $36 to nine-inch-tall chocolate Easter eggs filled with sweets for $60. All orders must be in by March 31st, preorder here.


For Easter Sunday, the Downtown steakhouse is offering two different dinner packages that serve four people for $300 total. One package comes with prime rib, pan drippings, Caesar salad, potatoes, asparagus, carrots, and key lime tart. The other has the same accoutrements, but has a leg of lamb for its main course. Available for pickup from 2-5pm on April 3rd.


The popular Hollywood pizzeria is offering an exclusive a la carte Easter menu on April 4th. It includes everything from $38 homemade lasagna to squid ink ravioli for $28 to $40 to New Zealand lamb chops. Available for both dine-in and takeout, and all ordering is done via their website.
