Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecôte

Sometimes the best things in life are simple, tasty, and cheap. Nowhere hits all those three points harder than Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecôte. You can have anything you want off the main menu, as long as it’s steak and chips with its famous secret sauce… and a side salad. Because that’s all they serve. If you have room after your second helping of steak and chips and sauce, then you can pick something from their dessert menu, but that’s it.

Is it the best steak in the world? Of course not. But at £24, are you really going to complain? Didn’t think so. This location doesn’t take reservations, but we have worked out that people tend to wave in and out of here around 6pm, 7.30pm, and 9pm - so maybe turn up 20 minutes or so before these times to save waiting long for a table.
