Bad Sports

Bad Sports Taqueria on the Hackney Road is a fun, neighbourhood spot that’s part American sports bar and part Mexican cantina. It’s a place to wolf down some tacos and beer with some mates, or with a date or your dog, all in a very chilled out setting.

Speaking of tacos, they’re some of the most authentic in London. We’d strongly advise you to order the Al Pastor because eating Mexican spiced pork and pineapple is one of the best things ever. And you deserve all the best things. Get the yuca fries too.

As for the bar, you’ll find American sport on the TV (American netball & American rugby mainly), beer, cocktails, tequila and a shot called “Unnecessary Roughness” that apparently may make you shit your pants. Their words, not ours. And no, we don’t know what’s in it either.
