Rainbow Cone is a classic ice cream shop in Beverly that’s been around since 1926. The focus here is on one thing: the rainbow cone (seems obvious, right?). It’s made with layers of chocolate, strawberry, Palmer house (vanilla with walnuts and cherries), pistachio, and orange sherbet. All the flavors work perfectly together, and it’s worth making the trip at least once.
