Bonyeon's $255, 13-course, two-hour, wagyu-centric tasting menu (enough hyphens for you?) sounds like a lot—and it is. But if you need a place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, this West Loop Korean restaurant is a fantastic fine dining option. Though beef is front and center for 80% of the meal—hello, juicy tenderloin topped with bone marrow and rich bone broth with thin noodles—“meat overload" is never a concern. You'll get a break with palate cleansers like yuzu scallops or refreshing patbingsu.
