As the owner of the SoMa restaurant International Smoke, you could forgive Ayesha Curry for eating at her own table every night. Instead, she's regularly out and about, dropping in on an SF classic for a Sweet July team dinner one night, and having a date night somewhere buzzy and new with her husband, NBA superstar Steph, the next. Read on to find out where the cookbook author and actor spends her nights in the Bay Area.
THE SPOTS
"The roast chicken and bread salad at Zuni is an iconic dish. It’s perfect every time and great for groups—in fact, the team and I had our holiday party at Zuni!"

"It's a little outside of the city in Berkeley, but Chez Panisse is the perfect venue for a special occasion. The menu is always changing seasonally and always spectacular, as is their wine list."

"Flour + Water makes some of the best pizza in the city. The burrata pizza with Sicilian dried tomatoes and chili is spectacular. End the meal with some of their signature soft serve with fun toppings like brown butter cereal crunch."
"Daytrip has such a great vibe and is great for sharing. Their hot focaccia with house-made vinegar is a great vessel to soak up all the delicious sauces. Another highlight is the miso butter pasta."
"If you’re craving Italian, you can’t beat Cotogna. It’s like a warm hug and always feels like a special meal. The pasta and pizza is, of course, spectacular, and the Brussels sprout pizza with leek and buffalo mozzarella is a standout."
"If you’re looking for a classic SF night out, a wood-paneled booth at Tadich with big bowlfuls of cioppino is consistently a good time and always feels like a celebration. Pair it with a round of ice-cold gin martinis."

"A gorgeous space for a special night out with friends or a date night. There’s so much to explore on the menu, but the chutney palette is a great place to start as is the Thattukada fried chicken."
"A little bit of Paris right in the heart of SF, this is a fantastic spot for cocktails. The mezcal coffee negroni is not to be missed."
