Roscioli

Roscioli opening in Soho is kind of like Russ & Daughters setting up shop at the Trevi Fountain. This spot is on every Rome restaurant guide, including ours, and their first US location loses nothing in translation. The date-worthy basement space has an ancient-looking wine cellar and velvet seating in every Skittles color, and the $105 prix-fixe—wine pairings included—comes with four courses of things like burrata and carbonara, which will remind you why those dishes became popular in the first place. Caciocavallo alongside balsamic that’s older than your average Disney Channel star might make an appearance too. We’re looking forward to trying the à la carte menu at their alimentari, which opens upstairs soon.
