Fellini Coffee

Fellini has two locations: a tiny takeout counter in the West Village and this slightly larger one in Soho that appears to be channeling Vogue Italia. In the morning, neighborhood residents line up at the window for to-go lattes, and, at night, the little wood-paneled room fills out with folks in faux leather drinking sangiovese on low velvet stools. The space is too compact to qualify as a scene, but you still get the impression that people look in the mirror at least twice before arriving. If you’re looking for a spot where you can wear sunglasses indoors and chat with a friend, stop by for some wine and charcuterie.
