Their specialty at this local chain is Northwestern Chinese-style hand-pulled noodles, which you can get dry or in various broths. If you don’t want to think too hard about it, go for their signature L-Anzhou Beef Noodles. Choose between five sizes of noodles, all easily slurpable and coated with an herbaceous beef broth. These are best eaten right away in their casual, straightforward dining room, but their thoroughly spiced cumin lamb burger can be taken to go—just grab enough napkins to wipe all that delicious gravy and grease off your hands.
