Las Arepas De Maria
There is a warehouse district in Doral packed with more vendors than your average food hall. Feel free to take a lap and peruse all the parking lot options, but don't leave without visiting Las Arepas De Maria, which makes some of Miami's top arepas. After you grab a seat here, an employee comes to your table and rattles off a list of all the arepa filling options, which requires you to pay close attention because there is no menu (although they are happy to help guide you to a perfect arepa in case you have the memory of a goldfish). These arepas taste homemade in the best way possible—fresh, hot, and with thin, crispy dough. Inside that dough can be an overwhelming amount of ingredients like carne mechada, jamón, reina pepiada, mortadella, cubed salchicha rosada, pollo mechado, queso blanco, queso amarillo, queso guayanés, and there are more but our memory isn't that great either.
