Sarah Probst grew up in northeast Wisconsin, where the winters are frigid and every supper club meal starts with soup and salad. She worked as an editor at New York Magazine and Refinery29 before settling on the isthmus in Madison. When she’s not explaining what an isthmus is, she’s either rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer or seeking out the best Negroni in town.
