She has 14 years of experience working in restaurants, a degree from The Culinary Institute of America, and an unhealthy devotion to soft serve ice cream. When she isn’t shaking hands and kissing babies at restaurants around the country, you can find her talking to her houseplants or convincing her fiancé to put a soft serve machine in their apartment.
