La Brasa is one of the biggest restaurants in Somerville, which is kind of like being one of the biggest Real Housewives fans at the VFW hall, but still. It’s got a big American menu to go with the space, making it a great place to take a group. Start with a few orders of the wood-roasted oysters and mesquite brown-butter fried chicken wings for the table, and then move on to something good and meaty for yourself, like the burger or braised short rib.
