You might need to shout over blasting reggae music to order at this small counter-service spot in Ashmont, but don’t let that stop you. The oxtail is tender and perfectly fatty, the jerk chicken is legitimately spicy and robust, and the stewed chicken would be an annual contender in the Boston ChickenFest that doesn’t exist but definitely should.
