(Our recommendations: the creamy burrata, any of their stuffed pastas—the calabaza or short ribs are both great—and a glass of Chianti.) And if you’re up to it, ask Luigi to suggest a dessert. Private dining, which you’ll need to reserve in advance, is also available for small groups.
