Puerta de Tierra is a subbarrio located between Old San Juan and Condado, and is one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. Celeste is right in the heart of it, and should be on your list for its excellent seafood and equally excellent service. The inside is fresh and bright, with high ceilings and raw, exposed cement floors. Their menu is constantly evolving, but dishes like their squid ink ceviche, tamarind brown butter anchovy toast, and aged tuna with meyer lemon are a must.
