Señor Sisig’s empire is expanding. The Filipino-Mexican spot for sisig tacos and burritos stuffed with fries is set to open their new waterfront location at the Ferry Building Marketplace on August 23th. Additionally, the new outpost will have a new cocktail menu inspired by Filipino and Mexican flavors, like a spiked ube horchata.

The women-led food hall in the Tenderloin has a new public parklet out front, in partnership with UC Hastings Law. The outdoor dining area is set to open up August 25th, and will also host community events and special programming.

Piccino Is Back

Piccino is one of our favorite spots for laidback dinners and this Cal-Ital restaurant in Dogpatch just reopened after several months of renovations. Head over for thin-crust pizzas, pork and beef polpettes, and wine out on their patio or at their new bar.
