Farm-to-table (desert-to-table?) menus have quickly become the norm in Palm Springs, but Workshop’s still stands out far above the rest. You probably didn’t think you’d come to Palm Springs and eat octopus carpaccio or duck leg confit, but here you are and you’re going to love it. The restaurant is also located inside a ridiculous all-concrete, chapel-like space that puts even some of LA’s great restaurant interiors to shame.
