Bombay Kitchen Food Truck
Included in
Bombay Kitchen is a Northeast food truck that’s good for a lunch or quick dinner when you crave all things masala, naan, and tandoori. It’s located next to a gas station—like Asad’s nearby—and they have perfectly crispy vegetable samosas packed with seasoned potatoes and peas and an incredible chicken biryani that’s large enough for three. It’s the spicy Indian cheesesteak, though, packed with grilled tikka-style chicken, cilantro and fresh herbs, that turns people into regulars. They’re open until midnight, and whether you come in the daytime or late at night the challenge won’t be the line—it’s making it back to your car before scarfing it all down.
