Forma Pasta Factory
When your day has been too long to cook anything, but also too exhausting to interact with anyone who’s going to tell you exactly how many small plates you should order, head to Forma Pasta Factory in Fort Greene. The second location of this Italian restaurant from Williamsburg is similarly super casual. But sitting in its large backyard, under a yellow umbrella with a bowl of spaghetti pomodoro and free bread, rivals many an outdoor meal, and costs a fraction of the price of most similar experiences. The $18 pasta-and-a-glass-of-wine deal is a convincing argument for having a glass of wine tonight because it’s basically free. And even if there’s a line at prime dinner time, it moves pretty fast because, hello, it’s a pasta factory.
