Dutch Kills is your move when you want an excellent cocktail in Long Island City. They’re not cheap (about $15 each), but the house and rotating seasonal drinks, both of which use housemade mixers, are worth it. This place is open later than most other bars in the neighborhood (2am during the week and 3am on weekends), but it’s also a good option when you want to get a high-quality drink before heading to dinner - they offer Happy Hour specials until 7pm.
