Zuma

Zuma is an upscale Japanese restaurant with locations in lots of major cities. Our Zuma is in the lobby of a Downtown hotel. And while the sushi here is solid, no one's really coming for the food. It's more of a scene, with clubby music and lots of well-dressed folks overpaying for nigiri and that quintessential fancy Japanese chain restaurant dish: miso cod. Zuma also does a very popular weekend brunch buffet for around $100 per person, which is pretty chaotic, but also an opportunity to load multiple plates full of sashimi.
