This is a food truck under a big tent in Homestead where you’ll eat some decent al pastor and asada tacos. But the only reason worth coming here are the off-menu tacos like cachete. These beef cheeks are slowly cooked until rich and tender. They’re covered in big chunks of raw onions and sprinkled with cilantro. Another taco you should ask for is lengua—also not on the written menu. Everything else here is like weather conversations with your neighbor: not bad, not great, and you already forgot you had it (except for those cachete tacos).
