No matter which location you’re at, SuViche is always a safe bet for good Peruvian food. The local chain knows how to do a proper lomo saltado and a really solid ceviche. There are sushi rolls too. The portions are more than enough and we’re really into their marathon Happy Hour, which happens every day from 3-7pm and features specials on food as well as $4 beer, wine, and sake.
Miami Mediterranean is a good place to stop by for a quick gyro and other Mediterranean food in South Beach, and it’s open till 2am.
Aura at Books & Books is a casual sidewalk restaurant attached to a bookstore. Stop by for a quick, decent sandwich or salad.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in South Beach serves good fried chicken and other Southern dishes—but you should focus on the chicken.
Frieze is a classic scoop shop on Lincoln Road where you can get a simple but tasty cone or cup.
