El Parrón is a member of Miami’s very small collection of Chilean restaurants. The majority of the menu at this tiny North Miami Beach restaurant is dedicated to sandwiches, like a lomito and a chacarero, which come on thin slices of housemade bread with enough mayonnaise to ensure your napkin will work overtime. But even if you’re in a sandwich mood, don’t ignore the rest of the menu, which includes some really great empanadas and a pastel de choclo with beef and chicken. Also, use the bowl of pebre on the table liberally—spread this garlicky condiment on everything you order. Or just eat spoonfuls of it like us.
