If you are constantly searching for a great Italian sandwich the way meerkats are constantly scanning the horizon for predators, then Alidoro should be on your radar. They are one of the food vendors at The Oasis, an outdoor food hall/concert venue/bar in Wynwood. The sandwich shop has a location in New York City, but this is their first in Miami. We tried the Gothamist, which comes with prosciutto, sun-dried tomato paste, lemon basil pesto, and a healthy amount of burrata. It was a little messy, but very satisfying. There are about a dozen more hot and cold sandwich options—stuffed full of meat, cheese, and more delicious things.
