Lucky Boy is a diner that’s been open since 1961. And if you’ve ever needed a hangover-busting breakfast in Pasadena, this is absolutely the place to get it. Their breakfast burrito (which is actually available all day) is little more than eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes, but what it lacks in originality, it makes up for in sheer girth. It’s the size of a newborn, and can improve how your stomach feels - no matter the time of day.

The Royce is a fancy steakhouse inside the even fancier Langham Hotel in Pasadena, but it’s food is worth the price tag.
