This stall at the 99 Ranch Market food court serves high-quality sushi hand rolls with Peruvian influence. Their crescent-shaped bar has stools where you can watch the chef assemble a la carte open-faced temaki as if they're prized sculptures. Come during Happy Hour on weekdays from 2-6pm for a $25 three-piece handroll set. It's the easiest way to get all the menu's hits: grilled shrimp with aji amarillo, buttery tuna and crispy quinoa seasoned with a ponzu kiss, and king crab in leche de tigre. The parking situation is another bonus. Just flash your receipt and you’ll get 90 minutes of validated parking in the underground structure.
