This Boyle Heights brewery is on the same block as Indie Brewing Co. - but compared to the latter’s massive space, this place feels like you’re below deck on a beached pirate ship. They specialize in saisons and sours - like the very good Lady Roja farmhouse with hibiscus, and the super-tart Para Sol. Dry River has exactly the kind of beers you want to be drinking in the summertime, since they’re light, refreshing, and not too boozy.
