This Mexican food truck, parked up around Paddington’s Merchant Square on weekday lunch times, serves an XL burrito that is one of the best lunch options in the area. A thicc with two c’s tortilla filled with beef barbacoa (ordering extra beef is worth it), rice, hearty black beans, a citrussy pico de gallo, tangy sour cream, and—of course—fresh guacamole.
