Hash Hut
There’s something about grated, deep-fried spuds that gets us excited. And the ones at Hash Hut, a stall in Seven Dials Market food court, are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our favourite shape is the round bites because they lean more crisp, while the regular triangle can be a little messy and fall apart in the middle. When it comes to choosing one of six sauces and toppings, our favourite combination is the golden bites with spicy mayo and fried onions, closely followed by the truffle mayo with a mountain of parmesan cheese. It’s the kind of street food snack that’s perfect for sharing with a friend when you’re aimlessly wandering around Covent Garden. Just know that it can get a little bit sickly if you’re eating it alone.
