Izakaya Go is somewhere you’ll leave feeling like you just learned a secret, even though it’s a quick five-minute drive from the Strip, because the food is so good and super reasonably priced. The Happy Hour menu is available from 10pm-3am and is one of the best deals in the city, though most items on their regular menu are already under $20, with lots of options under $10. The tuna belly steak and fried oysters are highlights, as are the skewers.
Nobu might have locations all around the world, but the one in Caesar’s Palace is a consistently great upscale option for a celebratory night.
An old-school spot right off the Strip, Osaka Bistro serves Japanese small plates and sushi, and has a great late-night menu.
Siegel’s 1941 is classic old-school Vegas, located inside the Cortez Hotel it serves comfort food and is open 24 hours.
One the best late-night spots, Starboard Tack is a quick drive from the Strip, and where you’ll find things like Thai mussels and pu-pu platters.
