Why is a music venue called The Salt Shed? Well, because it used to be an old Morton Salt factory. But after a serious makeover (and probably a lot of vacuuming) this Goose Island spot is now a full-fledged concert and event space. And The Salt Shed is huge—the indoor area can fit 3,600 people, while the outdoor space can fit over 4,000. On show nights, they also sell food from Pizza Friendly Pizza.
