While this Wicker Park spot does have 17 TVs so you can catch whatever game is on, Passport Bar Room feels less like a sports bar and more like a cocktail lounge. This is partly due to its trendy space full of faux suede and leather booths, geometric lights, plant wallpaper, and a speakeasy downstairs, and partly because they don’t have draft beer. The cocktails are decent, and the food is better than what you’d expect from a typical sports bar. The wide-ranging menu has things like sweet chili wings, a pambazo with smoky chorizo and labneh, and a juicy burger with spicy chipotle onions balanced with some pineapple.
