Nighthawk
Situated at the very end of the Brown Line, right off the Kimball stop, Nighthawk has a distinct atmosphere: dive bar meets commuter cafe. It’s the type of coffee shop/bar hybrid we love, because unlike other all-day cafes scattered throughout the city, it feels like a bar here whether it’s 10am or 10pm. Big booths provide plenty of space to work, and there are enough outlets for everyone to keep their laptops charged. The coffee menu includes espresso drinks and cold brew, they’ve got a fairly long list of cocktails and craft beers available all day, and you can get a can of Hamm’s for $2.50.
