And the ice cream from this Ravenswood shop is, in fact, so milky that it’s worth repeating. A few of the flavors highlight the owner’s Filipino heritage, like a nutty ube or one with toffee-covered Skyflakes, a popular saltine cracker in the Philippines. They also have other fun creative flavors like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. They don’t have a brick-and-mortar spot, so until they do (we’re attempting to manifest this) you can find their ice cream at restaurants like Boonie’s and Bayan Ko.
