If the colorful tapestries and ceramics at this solid North Park Uyghur spot don’t grab your attention, the common sight of forkfuls of noodles extending into the air will. Each stretch of hand-pulled noodles rising from a zesty, cumin-flavored broth is like a Bat Signal telling you to get Faiza's tasty lagman, which is meant to be shared like most dishes here. You’ll also want to ensure tender manti with spiced ground beef and some kabobs make it to your table. Just know that you’ll probably be competing for space with other groups of friends or families during peak meal times, so come early (or late, since they’re open until midnight).
