Demera is one of the best and only ways to experience Ethiopian food in town. The way to do it is go with a few other people and order one of their Messob options, which is a communal dining situation that lets you try a bunch of different dishes. Don’t worry if you know nothing about Ethiopian food - the menu has pretty good descriptions of what everything is, and if you’re still confused the waitstaff will help break it down. It’s a fun time for a mid-sized group and a great one way break your typical routine.
